Terms of use
Last updated October 8, 2026
Draft, not yet reviewed by a lawyer. Words in [brackets] are still to be filled in. This text will be final before SportsM360 launches.
These terms are the agreement between you and SportsM360 for using sportsm360.com and the SportsM360 apps. Please read them with our privacy policy.
1. Who you are agreeing with
SportsM360 is operated by [operator], [mailing address], Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using the apps, you agree to these terms. If you use SportsM360 for a team, league or other organization, you agree for it too, and confirm you may.
2. Your account
Give accurate information and keep your password, and any passkey or sign-in link, to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Someone under the age of majority where they live needs a parent's or guardian's permission to have an account. A parent or guardian manages the information of a child who doesn't have one.
3. Your content
What you add to SportsM360 (posts, messages, photos, videos, documents, plans and drills) stays yours. You give us the permission we need to keep it, show it to the people your settings and your teams' settings allow, and make copies for backups, only to provide SportsM360.
Only add content you have the right to share. Before you add a photo or video of someone else, or anything public, make sure they, or for a child their parent or guardian, are fine with it.
4. Running a team, league or organization
Managers and other staff decide who joins, what roles they have and what is published. They are responsible for having a good reason to collect what they add about their members, for keeping it accurate, and for respecting their members' choices about what is public.
A team's public page, share graphics and anything it shares through the API or webhooks are its own responsibility. Keep API keys secret, and take one back if it may have leaked.
5. Acceptable use
Don't harass, threaten or bully anyone; post anything unlawful, hateful or sexual; share someone's personal information without their consent; or impersonate anyone.
Don't try to reach information or accounts you aren't allowed to, interfere with the apps, collect information from them by automated means, or use them to send spam.
Anyone can report content. We, and a team's managers, may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, especially to protect children.
6. Money
SportsM360 helps teams keep track of fees, payments, sponsorships and expenses they handle themselves. It is not a bank or a payment processor, and it doesn't hold anyone's money. Questions and disputes about what is owed are between the team and its members. If we add online payments, they will come with terms of their own.
7. The service
SportsM360 is free today and has no advertising. It is still being built: features may change, appear or go away, and it may sometimes be unavailable. We keep backups, but keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose; you can download your information at any time.
Information in the apps, including medical notes and emergency contacts, is not a substitute for proper care. In an emergency, call 911.
8. Our responsibility
We provide SportsM360 "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by what other users do, and our total liability to you is limited to [liability cap]. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
9. Ending
You can stop using SportsM360 and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless that would put someone at risk.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to your own courts.
11. Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect. Questions: [contact email].
